💎 Dripping Diamonds 💎

Behind-the-scenes shots of this queen’s birthday glam. Inspired by Too Faced Drippin Diamonds and Lana Del Rey✨

In this look, we created a modern take on a 60’s mod look with a silver metallic lid by TooFaced, a soft neutral gray in the outer corners and a long sharp cat eye. In order to add some warm to the drip, we used a warm nude on her lips and a TooFaced Melted lip gloss. We added a natural, medium density fox lash to last her while she danced away all night. She wanted to keep her hair down, so we went with a slick, deeply parted front and softly flipped ends.

J’ADORE BEAUTY was recently featured by REDFIN on “ Experts Share How to Organize Your Vanity Space”, written by Ryan Castillo.

If you own a lot of blushes, mascaras, and eyeliners you may struggle with keeping all of your makeup and beauty essentials in order. Having a well-maintained vanity space in your home is essential to achieving the perfect look. But you might not know where to start. In order to help, they reached out to makeup experts from San Francisco, CA to Phoenix, AZ to share our best advice on how to set up your vanity space and keep it organized. Read on to see what they had to say.

This is what we said:

Think about your space holistically

Start by illuminating the face with warm, white light and straying from fluorescent or hued lights to achieve the most accurate lighting for color matching. Allow your statement piece of a mirror to speak for itself by keeping the area clean and minimalistic and using high quality, clear bins in the drawers for organization, designating different areas for the makeup, brushes, clips, beauty products, and tools of your collection. – Jadore Beauty

Preparing for your Bridal Trial...

Dear Blushing Bride,

So you have your bridal trial coming up? How exciting!

The day has come to bring your vision into a reality. Planning your desired look is one of the most fun and elaborate parts of the wedding journey for the bride. Whether you are looking to create a glamorous vintage look or of a bohemian goddess, we got you covered. We highly recommend doing a trial beforehand so we can customize your desired look to enhance your natural beauty and fit you perfectly. During the trial, we do a thorough one-on-one consultation where we go over your likes and dislikes, take before and after photos and really utilize the time to perfect your look so that on the day of the wedding you can be assured everything is all set and flawless.

We’re sure you have millions of questions and ideas in regards to your desired look in anticipation of your big day. It can be tricky when you search for what you want and what you don’t want in the vast collection of wedding day looks. We suggest gathering a few key points when creating your look such as the wedding theme you have in mind, your color choices, what season of year we are in, your wedding dress and the design, your jewelry and accessories. Once you have an overall idea of what your dream wedding is like, we then suggest looking for inspiration photos online of your favorite looks and looks you’d like to recreate. Send them our way and let us do our our magic to customize the look for you.

Some tips to have ready before the trial:

  • you!

  • a makeup free and moisturized face

  • dry, product free hair

  • a white top

  • veil or headpiece

  • a chair / table area for the artist(s) to set up near outlet

  • inspirational photos of your "desired look"

  • flexible time (trials can take anywhere from 2-3 hours)
